Quality Assurance

Job of QA staff in AlphaCorp is very simple, but very important. They role is to understand customer's will, accumulate all ideas and vision to put it in requirements, to let it pass as is to business cases and test cases and as result allow company to complete task exactly as customer was dreamt. From QA are following customer from the very beggining, facing and passing every acceptance with customer. They ARE customers for the team.

So, work of QA specialist consists of:

1) To work close with customer, understand client will and help them to create document containing Requirements to product or service.

2) Pass requirements to team and help architectors with creation of correct business cases.

3) Discuss business cases with customer, describing everything.

4) Formalize test cases for each visual or functional module

5) Publish results of testing for every acceptance allowing customer to get correct picture of product state.

6) Investingate problems in depth and automate testing procedures.

7) Always looking on priduct from client's point of view.
