Development Methodology

It is very important in software development outsourcing to develop the right and well organizing flow that will satisfy client. Our management squad is using mix of RUP and Agile to fit our clients the most. RUP is used for strategical planning and evaluation of budget required. Agile is used to be flexible and sensetible to client's requirements changes. On the very begginning we are deiscussing issue together with customer trying to understand and analyse necessity.

Normally client is not expert in IT and in most cases our customer needs just to be directed and advised. That's why we also have advisers in our staff.

However we also have customers that are ordering our services. In this case our project manager and QA lead makes continous discussions with client gathering requirements to future product. As result of this process we have Basic Requirements document, which lends as basis to all future documentation. During 2 weeks our technology experts proposing best fiting solution, taking on account specific of the project: fixed time or fixed price or best quality. After that we are providing customer with our proposal or offer.

Sure customer has own point of view on project duration or project cost, so we are discussing offer with customer describing the idea of each point.

After all points are discussed and contract is signed - our team starts development process. We are using SCRUM branch of Agile to be sensible to customers requirements. Normally we are using 1 or 2 weeks sprints of results delivery. Before sprint we are discussing with customer what part of functionality is the most important and delivering it at the end of sprint through our QA to customers acceptance.

This circle longs while all tasks described in contract aren't finished. And we are returning to starting point.

It is also very important to describe that we are delivering not only services or products to customer, but also legally passing rights of property on it according to signed contract.
